Hi there! My name is Sadie, and I'm passionate about helping children grow, explore, and thrive-both indoors and out. I hold a Master's degree in Elementary Education and have worked in a variety of youth-centered roles, including as an Education Ranger in Yellowstone National Park, an Outdoor Instructor for elementary and middle school students, and a Behavior Interventionist supporting children at the preK-6 level with unique emotional and behavioral needs. My background blends academic understanding with hands-on experience in experiential learning and child development. I believe caregiving should nurture curiosity, confidence, and kindness. Whether it's exploring nature, tackling homework, or working through big emotions, I strive to create a calm, engaging environment where kids feel seen, safe, and inspired to learn.
