About Grace

Hi everyone! My name is Grace and I am an experienced child caregiver. I have more than 10 years experience in childcare and elementary education. I am currently working as a paraprofessional in special education preschool while I get a second bachelor's degree in early childhood special education. I have experience with children ages 3 months-16 years and have experience working with kids with varying disabilities. I have a clean driving record, and am CPR and first aid trained. After years of nannying and childcare, I have really refined my style. I love using the best evidence based practices in my childcare. Some of my favorite practices to use with children include positive reinforcement, social-emotional learning, intuitive eating, and learning through play.
