About Sarah

Hi there! My name is Sarah, and I am a Junior Communications major at the University of Southern Mississippi. While maintaining a 3. 8 GPA, I am also the Secretary of the Student Government Association, a member of Lambda Pi Eta Honor Society, and a member of PRSSA! I’m passionate about helping young learners build confidence and discover the joy of learning. I offer tutoring for elementary-aged students in subjects like reading, writing, math, and science, and I always tailor my approach to fit each child’s unique learning style. While I may not be a classroom teacher, I’ve spent plenty of time working with children through babysitting, volunteering, and helping younger relatives with homework. Those experiences taught me how to explain things clearly, stay organized, and keep students motivated even when subjects get challenging.
