About Talene
I just completed my PhD in coastal science from southern miss in August 2024. With the school year upon us, I want to help out families in my area. I've spent the majority of my life pursuing higher education including being a teaching assistant, tutor, and mentor to students. I have worked as a babysitter (I can provide references). In addition, I worked as a head counselor at a sleep away camp, so I have a lot of experience helping kids. Throughout my years as a student I lead numerous outreach programs with high school students in my area teaching them about the importance of marine life. Finally, I am CPR/AED certified.
