Sarah was our nanny for four years, and my boys, 1 and 5 yrs when she started, were so loved and cared for by her. Even our dog - a known skeptic - was a huge Sarah fan. She was the master at pool swimming lessons, picking out great books at the library, controlling the (fun) chaos from the 15+ kids on our street, and knowing when an inside day of baking and listening to audio books was just what the boys needed. She would make a great addition to your village!
