We cannot recommend Tiaira highly enough. She has been our nanny since our son was three months old, and now at 15 months, she truly feels like part of our family and will remain a life long friend. She is exceptionally trustworthy, dependable, and professional. Our son absolutely adores her, and she has supported his development with gentle, loving care. Her reliability and warmth have brought us immense comfort. Any family would be lucky to have her. She’s the best of the best!

We were visiting Cincinnati for a wedding and needed child care. We knew right away from the prompt and professional communication from Tiaria that she was the perfect choice for us. Tiaira watched our kids for almost an entire day when we went to an out of town wedding.  They loved her.  She got them donuts, took them to the park, and most importantly, got them to bed on time!  Would hire again.

Tiaira came through for us when our babysitter canceled last minute. The kids loved her, and I felt so comfortable leaving my kiddos with her! She is so warm and personable which we really appreciated!

When I tell you I would trade this woman for my husband, I’m only half joking. I hired Tiaira when I was 8 months pregnant with an almost 2 year old and I was TERRIFIED of hiring help. The second I met Tiaira she was so warm and my son instantly loved her. Tiaira was always on time, she was so unbelievably caring for my kids and truly loved them like her own. 
Before I went into labor I had a convo with Tiaira about how my first time around with my son I had terrible PPD and the newborn stage was so incredibly hard for me. She promised she’d help take care of me and my god did she. I went into labor early and trusted Tiaira with my son during the day until my parents were able to help. As soon as I brought my daughter home they instantly had a special relationship. We alternated kids so I was able to spend one on one time with them both and she helped me with my c section recovery. 
She came everyday for us and then went down to two days a week (my son started school) and my son asked for her daily. He truly loved her. Bonus points for her son D. who would come on certain days as well. He was so incredibly sweet and my son loved him. 
Tiaira always left us with a spotless kitchen, clean children’s rooms, and laundry done. She really was a god send. One day I was exhausted and had been up all night with my daughter and she took the time to clean everything. Even organized our room so I could catch up on rest. 
Tiaira became a family member with us. She now is part time with a new family and my son asks to video her. I thought I was traumatized from my son’s newborn stage with colic combined with PPD, Tiaira helped me to have a super enjoyable time this time around. She truly helped take care of me while loving my kids as her own. She is extremely loving and easy to be around and I now consider her a friend. 
I can’t recommend her enough. She will help change your life for the better and be the best help you can hire. Having you child be loved by someone like her is worth every penny and more.

Tiaira did a wonderful job taking care of five kids, most of which need some highly specialized help.

Tiara is great! I had the pleasure to be use her skills a few time now. She is punctual, responds quickly and even does light cleaning. My 3 children love when she comes! 

Tiaria watched my 3 and 4 year old while we were visiting the area from out of town.  The kids warmed up to her immediately and had a great time.  She responded promptly, was very easy to schedule with , and shared updates about what fun things the kids were doing while my wife and I went out.  

Tiaira was our full time nanny for our daughter from age 3 - 12months. She was a wonderful caregiver for our little girl and brought a smile to her face every day. Tiaira does fun art projects which made for some great memories over the course of the last year. As new parents it was a relief to have someone so loving and experienced as Tiaira watch our baby. We are so grateful for the care she provided and would recommend her for anyone in need of childcare. 

We needed last-minute help for our two children on a Friday night. Tiaira promptly replied and despite short notice gladly agreed to help. She was responsive and true to her word. She was professional in all aspects of the care and "she left the home cleaner than she found it" to paraphrase the Boy Scout camping rule.  Thank you, Tiaira.
