About Sarah

Experience: 3 yrs

I have 3 years of teaching experience across multiple age groups (teaching pre-k, 3rd & 6th grade, high school). I hold degrees in English, Italian, and Creative Writing from Oxford and UCLA, and am a current fellow in, where I am completing my debut novel in progress and a masters in fiction. My writing has received support from Fulbright (where I taught in Italy in 2024), Community of Writers in Lake Tahoe, and the Rona Jaffe Foundation. I've also worked at Simon & Schuster as an editorial associate. I speak English, Hebrew, and Italian. A little Japanese (I am half). I'm from Manhattan, where I attended a Jewish prep yeshiva for 15 years! I live in Park Slope.
