About Georgia

I have been a teacher and tutor of all things English for 20 years. I am deeply experienced working with children ages 8+ in a variety of settings, and my specialties include reading comprehension/fluency, writing mechanics and composition, ESL, creative writing, and test prep. I teach the verbal portions of most standardized tests and am the Head Teacher at Huntington Learning Center in Bay Ridge. I hold a B. A. in English and Writing from Barnard College and an M. F. A. in Creative Writing from the University of Florida.
