With immense gratitude and without the slightest hesitation. When Sandra joined us, she demonstrated exceptional care, dedication, and genuine love for I. She wasn't just a caregiver but a nurturing presence who actively fostered my daughter's development in remarkable ways during her formative toddler years. Sandra has instilled in Inara a strong foundation in language, teaching her Spanish with noteworthy fluency and developing an excellent Spanish vocabulary, all delivered with the beautiful Colombian accent (often regarded as the finest in Latin America). She thoughtfully introduced her to the alphabet and numbers, laying crucial groundwork for her upcoming schooling. She’s the best in every class she goes to, and started Kumon at 2.5 years old. Beyond these educational milestones, Sandra was tirelessly committed to my daugther's enriching experiences. She reliably and cheerfully drove her to every class imaginable, sometimes two to three trips daily, and took her to parks and Museums, ensuring she had access to a wide range of age-appropriate activities. Her flexibility was truly extraordinary. When she arrived home every morning, she would prepare I.’s breakfast and make time to make us breakfast too because she saw we were taking calls as early as 6 am with our international teams. Without a word of complaint, she worked overtime, often up to twelve hours daily, to accommodate our demanding schedules. Sandra's commitment to our family extended far beyond our home. She willingly traveled overseas with us during holidays, seamlessly integrating into our travels even with a young child. When my work required frequent business trips and often involved unpredictable itineraries, Sandra was always ready and willing to adjust, providing unwavering support and peace of mind knowing I. was in the best possible hands during those times. Perhaps the most telling testament to Sandra's incredible bond with I. is their deep emotional connection. At the tender age of three, I. considers Sandra her best friend and, in moments of sadness or fear, often calls for her nanny instead of me, finding unparalleled comfort and security in her presence. This speaks volumes about the safe, loving, and trusting environment Sandra consistently created during I.'s early childhood. I would hire Sandra again without any reservations whatsoever. If our family were to grow, one of my first calls would be asking Sandra to return. She is the best person you could find to care for your young child. She is warm, genuinely caring, remarkably attentive (rarely if ever distracted by her phone), and truly present with the child, which is especially crucial during these early developmental stages.
