About Grace

Grace has been an extremely responsible, sweet, dedicated, dependable, and loving caregiver to our children. She always arrives early to work with a cheerful smile and positive attitude. She truly cares about the children she works with and you can feel that she puts her heart into the job. She is an integral part of our team, remembering everything we tell her and often anticipating our needs. She’s been with our family through many big milestones and busy seasons, and she has always been our rock of stability and someone we can always depend on. In four years, she has missed very few days of work. The kids have learned so much from her - she loves to teach them new skills (ABCs, counting, singing) and is great about communicating developments she observes in them. She will sometimes recommend a certain type of game or book when she sees that our child is almost ready. And she is great about making sure we’re on the same page when it comes to routine and discipline. The kids also have so much fun with her! We adore hearing the laughter in the next room and seeing pictures from their outings. Grace is very fit and often pushes the stroller many, many blocks to get them to different playgrounds, libraries, and museums. We also love that Grace is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. She has become such an important part of our family, and we hope she finds a wonderful next family!
