About Rose

Hi, My name is Rose, and I am a 22-year-old senior at Hollins University. I've formally tutored for a few years now, most recently being hired by my university to provide mathematics tutoring to my peers. I've taken mathematics courses up through Calculus II, and I received a perfect score on the Reading section of my ACT. I am comfortable tutoring in Math at elementary levels through Calculus I, in English from elementary levels through high school, in general science courses for younger learners, and introductory level psychology. Additionally, having graduated from a performing arts high school as a theater major, I am qualified to tutor in drama/theater. I am also available for standardized test-prep and study skills, having taken both the SAT and ACT, the latter of which I earned a score in the 98th percentile nation-wide.
