About Kassundra

I am an educator with 11 years of classroom experience supporting children's academic, social, and behavioral development. I have worked with diverse learners, including neurodivergent students, both in school settings and through home-based support, implementing individualized learning plans and providing targeted academic guidance. My tutoring experience spans across all subjects in elementary and middle school. Students will be given a diagnostic assessment to decode what skills they already have mastered. I approach tutoring from an asset based mindset. Families will be given a visual map of skill to help them understand the learning plan and allow students to keep track of their success! I enjoy helping students put the pieces together and creating opportunities for student to be more confident learners. Every student is a unique opportunity to continue to grow as an educator and build pathways to success.
