About Rionna

Hi! I'm Rionna, and I absolutely love working with children! What I enjoy most is the adventure that comes with every day. No two days are ever the same! I love their imagination, funny conversations, curiosity, and seeing the world through their eyes. I have experience working with children from infants through elementary school, including childcare, classrooms, summer camps, and church programs. I have my Child Development Associate degree and experience in Montessori environments. My top three childcare skills are empathy, patience, and creativity. I believe getting down on a child's level and seeing things from their perspective is so important. Children are little people learning about the world, and they deserve patience, respect, and understanding. I love creating hands-on activities that encourage imagination and learning! In my spare time, I love roller skating, spending time with my husband, and working on cars. We both have sports cars and regularly attend car meets!
