About Renata

I'd describe my personality as responsible, patient, outgoing. I like working with kids because I get to help them grow and develop skills. I have fun playing with kids and seeing their motor skills improve. I enjoy singing songs and reading to them. I'm looking for a job that has flexibility, is fulfilling to me and beneficial to the people I work with. I started working with kids in a paid capacity when I moved from Poland to the U. S. over 25 years ago. Before that, I raised my own 2 children and spent many hours taking care of the children in my extended family. In my spare time, I like to read, swim, take walks, ballroom dance, spend time with my family and go to church. One thing you should know about me is I am sensitive to the feelings of those around me and this makes me very intuitive to the needs of children. My skills include being well versed in child development benchmarks, adaptable to their needs, and building a genuine relationship with each child in my care.
