Doreen is awesome. She's super good at putting baby to sleep, I test run 3 or 4 and she's the best. Very easy to work with, all house rules / what to watch out for etc just tell her once and you can count on her. I'm super far away and did stay-at-home format, it's my first time and NOT awkward at all. Unfortunately my job requirement changes and too much pressure for a new mom and I decided to use up my vacations first so have to set her free. Will definitely rehire when timing is right.
