About Rebecca

Hi! My name is Rebecca, I'm a working artist and educator available for one on one tutoring with your child. I studied English literature and critical analysis at James Madison University, where I first began editing papers professionally. I scored remarkably high on the critical thinking and writing portion of the SAT, so brainstorming interesting theses and structuring strong arguments was natural to me. Since college I have worked professionally as a Montessori educator, where I've gained experience working with young elementary schooled on individual projects. First, teaching them, then observing their creative learning process, then guiding them toward their best work. I am available for SAT tutoring, writing and reading help for all ages, social studies, she elementary level math and science.
