About Raquel

I'm a patient, compassionate, and dependable individual with experience supporting children and teens with a variety of learning styles, developmental needs, and abilities. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), I have hands-on experience providing individualized support, helping students develop new skills, build confidence, improve communication, and work toward their personal goals. I understand that every child learns differently, and I enjoy finding creative, engaging ways to make learning feel positive, approachable, and rewarding. I believe in meeting students where they are, encouraging their strengths, and celebrating progress, both big and small. I'm happy to assist with homework, reading, writing, foundational academic skills, study habits, and general learning support, depending on each student's needs. My goal is to create a supportive, patient, and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable learning, asking questions, and growing in confidence.
