I currently work full-time as a special education aide at an elementary school, and I've also spent two summers as the Special Needs & Behavioral Issues Coordinator at a large summer camp. I have extensive experience supporting children with disabilities and behavioral needs, and I genuinely love building trusting, joyful relationships with the kids I work with. Rachel works in my 3rd grade classroom. She is truly an amazing person. She helps all my kids and gives them her undivided attention. She sees the best in all situations and handles anything that comes her way professionally. She goes the extra mile to develop relationships with all kids. She works so hard and any family would be so lucky to have her watching their kids. They will be well taken care of!
