About Rachel

Empowering students to reach their full potential is at the heart of my teaching practice. With six years of experience, I specialize in English, test preparation, history, and essential study skills for students ranging from elementary school through college. I believe that every learner possesses unique strengths, and I thrive on creating a patient, engaging environment where critical thinking flourishes. By actively observing how you interact with new material, I tailor my methods--whether through visual aids, hands-on practice, or real-world connections--to suit your specific needs. I prioritize open communication with both you and your family to ensure we remain aligned on your academic goals. Nothing is more rewarding than witnessing that "aha!" moment when a complex concept finally clicks. I look forward to building a supportive partnership that makes your learning journey both successful and truly enjoyable.
