About Melanie

Empowering students to reach their full potential is at the heart of my teaching practice. With three years of experience, I provide personalized support across subjects ranging from Math and Science to History and English. I am currently a Education student at UofM and am dedicated to helping students from elementary school through the collegiate level. I assess individual learning styles by incorporating visual aids, hands-on activities, and practice problems. To keep sessions engaging, I connect complex topics to real-world examples and personal interests. Clear communication with both you and your student remains my priority for tracking progress and setting goals. There is nothing more rewarding than witnessing that "aha!" moment when a difficult concept finally clicks. Whether we meet at your home, a library, or online, I look forward to helping you achieve your academic goals and watching you succeed.
