About Rachelle

Empowering young learners to reach their full potential is the core of my teaching practice. With eight years of experience supporting elementary students in Math, English, Science, and Computer literacy, I focus on building confidence rather than simple memorization. I adapt my methods by actively observing how each child interacts with new material and maintaining open communication about what works best for them. When a concept feels challenging, I break it into manageable steps and celebrate every small victory to keep momentum high. I believe clear, consistent communication with families is the foundation of a successful partnership. Witnessing that "aha!" moment when a student finally masters a difficult skill is what makes this work so deeply rewarding for me. Whether we meet at your home, a coffee shop, or online, I look forward to helping your child grow and succeed.
