About Ilyssa

I am a speech-language pathology graduate student who will be graduating this spring. I love providing reading intervention and have three years of experience tutoring for reading, specialized training in reading intervention, and experience working as a preschool teacher. I am available to work with emergent to advanced readers and have plenty of experience working with neurodiverse folks. I love to make reading fun and create a relaxed, judgement free environment for your child. I adapt my teaching methods by encouraging open communication about what works best for your child. I am also CPR trained and have First Aid certification. I would love to help you achieve your academic goals! Additionally, I love to cook and create art.
