We hired Rachel as our backup/occasional sitter. She brings her sweet toddler daughter with her, but she makes it clear our daughter's needs and care are her focus. She seems very knowledge of childhood development and interacts in a sweet and beneficial way with our toddler. We appreciate how responsive and dependable she is. We hope to use Rachel a lot as both our girls grow.
