About Margaret

Hi, my name is Maggie! I am an aspiring special education teacher with a passion for learning. I hope to create fun memories with your children that can also be educational! I am a substitute teacher in Council Rock School district. Over the summers, I am a paraeducator for the Bucks County IU extended school year program in a special education classroom. I began in childcare as a mother's helper, and did more consistent date night/summer sitting in high school and college. I have experience working with children age 7 mo-12 yr old. I am a junior at Pitt studying elementary ed. in a 4+1 dual degree/cert program with a focus in developmental psychology and I LOVE my coursework! Upon graduation, I will be certified in general and special Ed. I am CPR/first aid certified, professionally trained in nonviolent crisis intervention, and can provide clearances upon request. I am excited to get to know you and your family :)
