I have spent these last 11 years working as a babysitter, nanny, teacher's aide at a daycare, as a summer camp counselor & assistant director at the YMCA, serving in an AmeriCorps program supporting pregnant and parenting women (+ their children) who are experiencing homelessness, and now as a teacher. She was reliable, flexed her schedule to accommodate our needs, and was very engaging with our daughter.
