I have spent these last 9 years working as a babysitter, nanny, teacher's aide at a daycare, as a summer camp counselor at the YMCA, and serving in an AmeriCorps program supporting pregnant and parenting women (+ their children) who are experiencing homelessness. Megan cared for our infant daughter part time during the day while we worked from home and went to the office. She was reliable, flexed her schedule to accommodate our needs, and was very engaging with our daughter. They were instant friends and I felt comfortable knowing she was being cared for in a kind and nurturing way.
