Hi there, I'm Rachael! I'm a newly licensed RN & BLS trained with the AHA. I approach caregiving as both a responsibility and a joy, drawing from early babysitting experience and a genuine passion for helping children thrive. I love creating safe, engaging spaces where kids can explore, learn, and grow. With a background in healthcare and communication, I bring patience, attentiveness, and dependability to every family I work with. I'm comfortable caring for children from infancy through preteen years and able to adapt to each child's needs, household routines, and family schedule. I'm safety-focused but also love to encourage curiosity through play, outdoor time, and creative activities. I have flexible hours and am happy to discuss child care needs as well as household responsibilities, scheduling, and rates to find what works best for your family.
