Most recently, I worked with the same nanny share for four years, supporting two wonderful families until their little ones transitioned to school. I specialize in early childhood care, with a calm, upbeat, and patient approach that helps children feel safe, seen, and supported. I'm currently completing my BA in Social Work online (with plans to pursue an MA in Counseling), which allows for a flexible schedule and deepens my understanding of child development, emotional regulation, and positive attachment. Shelby is FANTASTIC. She has been our nanny for two weeks now for our 5-month old daughter. She is always on time, always cheerful, and incredibly attentive to our baby. She happily does the laundry and dishes, and has even taken our dog out when he needed it without us having to ask. She always updates us when we get home, keeping us in the loop with how our baby's naps, feedings, and mood were throughout the day. Our daughter has a huge smile on her face whenever she sees Shelby in the morning. :) I highly recommend her and am happy to be a reference for her.
