I spoke to Phillis about a job, but her available hours didn’t match up with my needs. However, she was so helpful over the phone I ended up contacting her a week or so later when I had a gap in my mom’s caregiving schedule. Phillis came and spent the day with my mom even though she knew it wasn’t a long term gig. Also, I found her presence to be so calming for me. She jumped right in and helped me get breakfast ready and cleaned up and then helped me bathe mom. She will be my first call if I need help again.
