In my opinion, this person is very unreliable & rude!! She just tries to waste your time & blocks you for no reason! Families looking for senior care do not need additional stress finding care, that is unacceptable! Please find some manners to be understanding & kind!! Obviously, she does not truly care & we would NEVER hire her!!
