About Peyton

Growing up as the oldest of seven siblings, with the youngest being just 6 years old, I naturally stepped into a caregiving role from an early age. I helped with daily routines like preparing meals, assisting with homework, organizing activities, and making sure everyone stayed safe and on schedule. Being in this role taught me patience, responsibility, and strong communication skills. I learned how to balance different personalities, resolve conflicts, and provide comfort and support when needed. My experience caring for my younger siblings has given me a deep understanding of child development and the importance of creating a nurturing, structured, and positive environment for children to thrive.
