Pamella has been the full-time nanny for our son from tiny infant to toddler. Her quality of care through all stages and ages has been wonderful and my son has thrived under her care. Our plan was to hire Pamella temporarily for four months, until our new baby’s daycare had an infant spot. Instead, she became so invaluable to us, that her tenure with us will reach almost a year when we finally move to the daycare. Pamella precisely follows all of our parenting wishes and schedules. She is loving and nurturing, patient, and calm through baby tantrums and tears. She creates a stimulating and engaging day, mixing reading, physical play, outdoor time, and other activities. She also does some light housekeeping for us while the baby naps, and as a result we come off work every day to a house significantly cleaner than we left it (frankly cleaner than even our pre-kid days). We will miss her when we move on, but the next baby or child will be lucky to have her as a caregiver!
