About Zahra

Hi, I'm Zara! I have experience working in infant and toddler childcare centers, as well as experience as a preschool teacher. I have an Associate's degree in Child Development and have provided private childcare for more than 10 families. I'm also a mother of two children, ages 5 and 4, and I speak both English and Farsi. I provide hands-on, engaged care and enjoy keeping children busy with age-appropriate activities, play, conversation, and one-on-one attention throughout the day. While your child is happily occupied or asleep, I'm also happy to help with light child-related housekeeping, including tidying play areas, washing dishes, cleaning up after children's meals, and doing children's laundry. I live near Cambrian Park and can provide my California driver's license I do not smoke, am comfortable with pets, am CPR certified, and have reliable transportation. I'm available evenings during the week and all day on weekends. My rate is $35/hour for 1 child and $40/hour for 2+.
