About Paige

I'd describe my personality as kind, patient, and empathetic I like working with kids because I love to watch kids develop skills and grow in their learning. I'm looking for a job that is part-time and hours are mostly focused during the week after 3pm, I am available during the weekend as well. I started working with kids when I volunteered with a mentoring program called Compass to Campus through Western Washington University. This experience was a great way to immerse myself into the classroom environment and work with kids in their academic work. In my spare time, I like to hangout with my friends, go for hikes, and hangout with my dog Chip! One thing you should know about me is that I am very flexible and a good communicator. My skills include helping kids with self regulation techniques, mentoring/tutoring with homework, and modeling good social behavior.
