About Shea

I'd describe my personality as positive, open minded, and flexible! I like working with kids because I love helping them learn and grow. I'm looking for a job that is supportive and has good communication. I started working with kids when I was 15 and my mom's coworker needed help watching her kids after school while she was in a meeting. In my spare time, I like to read and listen to music and I love playing tennis or being outside. One thing you should know about me is I am very flexible with any situation ! My skills include conflict management, keeping kids engaged for long periods of time, and behaviour guidance.
