Hi! My name is Paige. Nurturing young minds is my true passion. With over five years of experience as both a nanny and teacher, I bring a strong background in child development, positive behavior support, and family communication. I'm also a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with experience supporting children with autism and developmental differences. I've cared for children of all ages, creating structured routines that promote growth, confidence, and joy. I'm creative, patient, and love engaging kids through outdoor play, board games, and educational activities. I'm certified in CPR and First Aid, comfortable with up to four children at once, and always follow each family's routines and preferences.
