Hello! I'm a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with nearly a year of clinical experience working with children since April 2025 and five years of caregiving through babysitting. I support children with developmental and behavioral needs with a calm, patient approach. As a big sister to three siblings, I'm comfortable caring for kids of different ages. I am reliable, skilled in routines, positive reinforcement, and behavior management. My goal is to help children feel seen, heard, and secure. I'm seeking childcare for ages 2-6 with families who value consistency and trust. I'm calm, observant, and dependable, and enjoy building positive connections with children.
