About Norma

Norma was lead Caregiver to my mother for over 9 years, until Moms passing. She scheduled and managed 3 other caregivers, she cared for my mother as if she was her own mother and she was entrusted with many aspects of running the home environment: paying bills, managing utilities and maintenance, running errands using our vehicles, coordinating with Drs and other health care providers, etc. We considered moving Mom to another state during the later part of her life and we asked Norma if she would be willing to relocate. We ultimately decided not to move Mom, but Norma was that important to our mothers care and general quality of life.
