Raquel is amazing. She came into our lives at the right time. She has so much patience, compassion and love for her clients. It really takes a very special person to be able to take care of older people. My father is 92 years old. He is grumpy and stubborn. Raquel has worked with him and she has made a huge difference in his life. She takes care of his medication, takes him out for breakfast, helps with tons of requests from us. The best part is she always prioritizes my dad and makes sure that he is taken care of. She keeps us updated on everything. Raquel has improved my father’s quality of life. Best decision we ever made.
