About Noel

With over 11 years of teaching gifted programs, kindergarten, and second grade, I have become an expert at managing small and large classrooms while focusing on the individual learning needs of each child. I believe these skills, combined with my ability to foster constructive learning environments, makes me an ideal candidate for this role. While attending the University of Houston, I was part of the Varsity Swimming and Diving Program. I was awarded a full scholarship for my athletic ability in diving from 1995-2000, and during these five years, I was challenged and rewarded for my many accomplishments in both athletics and academics.
