As a healthcare professional myself (Hospice Nurse) I have very high expectations for anyone I hire to take care of my dad. I interviewed a number of different candidates before deciding on hiring Nino to work with my dad on the weekends. So far she has met or exceeded my expectations. Nino is punctual, knowledgeable, is a strong advocate to make sure he gets the care he needs, plus she interacts extremely well with him. My father can be challenging but Nino is able to handle him well.
