I had a very bizarre experience with this candidate starting with the initial meeting. It appeared to me that this candidate was using a job offer to improve her current situation pay-wise. She did not tell the truth and she accidentally didn't hang up the phone so I was able to hear that she wasn't being truthful with her employer at the time who wanted to know why she was on the phone while at work. Not trustworthy from my perspective.
