Nicolette was our son's nanny for a year before he went to daycare, starting from when he was 7 months old. She is attentive and caring, and he is always excited to see her. Nicolette is always on time, and she is a great communicator about any vacation or illness. Our son had biweekly PT for a developmental delay, and Nicolette was diligent in helping him get through his exercises (which is not an easy task with a one-year old!). He's made wonderful progress, and she was always eager to help support his development. She was also great at putting him down for naps and switching out his toys and books so he could experience different things.
