I have worked with care. com's backup care service since the summer of 2016 and have subsequently provided care for numerous families during my winter and summer breaks in Boston. Faith has cared for our 2.5-year-old son for about a week when we were supposed to work but was almost at the last days of covid in January. She was so nice, very punctual, always calm, and always entertaining overall. She has extensive childcare experience and she is extremely smart. She didn't mind coming all the way to our house to help us out and she was extremely nice to our whole family. We had a great experience with her and we absolutely loved her.
