I have attended Adler Graduate School and have experience in Art Therapy I foster animals and currently foster for Kitty Revolution. I have been on Care. com for many years and have never received a negative review. I think my negative review was a misunderstanding on both of our parts, but I take full responsibility. I have contacted the concerned party to rectify the situation and would hope that we could come to some sort of resolution. I apologized to the family. My experience with them was pleasant not negative.

Nicole was attentive to his medical needs, administered medications on time, and ensured he kept all his appointments. What stood out most was her ability to connect with him on a personal level—she treated him with dignity and respect and brought warmth and positivity into our home. Nicole was also punctual, reliable, and communicated clearly with our family. We are incredibly grateful for the care she provided and would highly recommend her to any family in need of quality caregiving support.
