About Nicole

I'm patient and compassionate when working with older people. When my grandpa, who has Alzheimer's, lived with my family for a year, I helped care for him daily, guiding him through routines, keeping him company, and finding ways to make him comfortable and calm. That experience taught me empathy, communication, and how to adapt to someone's changing needs.
