About Nicole

Hi there! My name is Nicole, and I have been caring for seniors for a little over six years. I started with a man who had Parkinson's, who I helped get out of bed and onto the toilet to clean him up and get him ready for his day. Later, I've had clients with dementia, clients who just need someone to stay with them while their spouse was out and about. I can take people to their doctors appointments and grocery shopping. I really enjoy helping people improve their lives using physical therapy and other activities. Because I'm a yoga instructor trained in yoga therapy, I have a good eye for balance and can help my clients understand better how to use their body in an efficient way. I have a senior dog who I would like to bring with me. He's 12 years old so he sleeps a lot. If it's a long day, I prefer to have him with me.
