About Nicola

I am a natural and compassionate caregiver with over a decade of experience providing child care, tutoring, and household support to families. I've been caring for children since I was 12 years old. I've worked with kids ranging from 8 weeks old to high school students in both home and school environments. My passion for working with children led me to pursue a career in counseling psychology. I'm currently pursuing a masters degree with the goal of becoming a marriage and family therapist. With my education and experience in counseling, I provide a warm, emotionally attuned presence that allows children to feel safe, heard, and understood. I'm an empathic listener and support children in identifying and expressing their emotions in healthy, developmentally appropriate ways. I strive to create a nurturing environment that fosters emotional well-being and resilience.
