About Kimberly

Hi! My name is Kimberly, and I'm a behavioral therapist with over 5 years of experience working with children on the spectrum in both school and home settings. I've worked closely alongside BCBAs, occupational therapists, and speech language pathologists to provide support in both group environments and one-on-one sessions. I'm currently pursuing a degree in Speech Pathology and have a strong passion for child development, communication, and creating safe, engaging spaces for kids to learn and thrive. I also have a 2-year-old son of my own, so I bring not only professional experience but also a deep understanding of parenting, patience, and structure. My approach combines evidence-based behavioral strategies with warmth and flexibility. I believe in building strong relationships with both children and families. I'm CPR-certified, reliable, and bring a calm, compassionate presence to every caregiving situation.
