About Nicholas

I'd describe my personality as approachable, friendly and excited to help others I like tutoring because it's an opportunity to see the 'ah ha!' moment when a student finally understands. I'm looking for a job that can help support me through my PhD studies. I started tutoring in graduate school. I've been a Teaching Assistant (TA) in mechanical engineering at UMN for 3 years now. In my spare time, I like to do photography, play the piano and practice gymnastics! One thing you should know about me is that I have interned at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory and have a fellowship at the Stanford University's Institute of Design. My skills include a student centered approach with applications to exciting real life examples and an engineering knowledge ranging from NASA space project to University research!
