Nelson provided part time support for my 90 year old parents for 8 months and has worked with them during a very difficult year of decline. Nelson has a real gift for connecting with seniors and got my dad to open up about a lot of things weighing on him as he faces the end of his life. Nelson helped them with technology, running errands, driving to doctor appointments, tasks around the house, and anything else they needed. He is super reliable, on time, never cancels, and generally someone you can count on. We will all miss Nelson's visits and gentle presence as they transition into residential care.
